Our educational restaurant, known as the “La Rhune” application restaurant, operates as a real business, providing students with hands-on experience in the hospitality industry.
An introductory restaurant, “La Txalupa,” is also available to the public for special events.
The Application Restaurant, Brasserie, Snack Bar, and Introductory Restaurants, as well as the Bar at the Biarritz Atlantique Hotel and Tourism School, are open to the public from September 20, 2024, to June 4, 2025.
A variety of set menus, themed menus, and special themed evenings will be available throughout the year.
